7R is one of the basic rules used in logistics. It originally served the company’s founders as a starting point for the creation of its name and strategy. Although a lot has changed since then and 7R is no longer just a company that directs its offer mainly to the logistics industry, and an increasing part of our portfolio are representatives of the e-commerce sector or light manufacturing, we do not forget our core idea; the principles contained in this definition are still valid and highlight the reasons why it is worth working with us.

As a developer of warehouse space, we have been active in the commercial real estate sector since 2009 and today we are one of the leaders in this industry. We create innovative solutions inspiring other actors of the market.

2024

Introduction of the new product line 7R Green Saver, distinguished by operational low emissions and savings on operating costs.

Michał Białas and Chris Zeuner have been appointed as co-CEOs of the 7R Group’s Management Board.

2023

7R enters into a strategic partnership with Nrep. Nrep acquires a majority stake in the company. The share capital increase will allow 7R and Nrep to continue its growth in Poland and focus on developing projects complying with ESG policies.
