Tomasz Lubowiecki

Founder and Chairman of the Board at 7R SA

Based in Kraków

 

Graduated from International Academy in Liechtenstein (IAP) with a B.A. in philosophy, followed by M.A. in philosophy from Jagiellonian University in Kraków.

 

Prior to 7R founding for 12 years he was managing Limpol – Polish FMCG company. He has over 20 years of experience in the development industry. Together with one of Kraków's developers – Wawel Serwis, he delivered such projects as Polana Borkowska, Business Park Zawiła and Wielicka Business Park.

 

In 7R as well as being the President he also manages Marketing & PR department.

 

Passionate about cycling and skiing.

Ryszard Gretkowski

Vice-Chairman of the Board at 7R SA

Based in Gdańsk

 

University of Sciences and Technology (UTP) in Bydgoszcz graduate of Mechanical Department.

 

In real estate for 12 years. Between 1993 and 1999 he has worked in KAMIS and was responsible for the brand in Pomeranian region. After KAMIS, between 1999 and 2009 he was a member of the board in a company called FORCAN SA, a packaging manufacturer in Tczew.

 

At 7R responsible for Investment and Design departments but also HR and Administration.


Passionate about cycling and, coming from Gdańsk, also sailing.

Based in Warsaw

 

Warsaw University graduate of Marketing and Management specialising in property management.

 


In real estate for 17 years. For over 10 years he worked for Panattoni Development Europe managing the largest logistics and industrial projects of the company.

 

In 7R since 2017, Member of the Board, responsible for the development of the company.

 


Passionate about MTB sports, Muay Thai and Indoor Skydive, Indoor Cycling Instructor.

Christopher Zeuner

Member of the Board and Chief Investment Officer

Based in Prague, Czech Republic

 

Nottingham Trent University, UK, graduated in Real Estate Investment & Finance.

 

He has worked in real estate for over 20 years, starting his career in Warsaw with Healey & Baker / Cushman & Wakefield in 1999. In 2004, he moved to GE Real Estate and established their Polish business, building their team and a real estate portfolio of over EUR 1.6 billion. In 2008, he moved to JER Partners, a US based real estate private equity group which was later bought by LaSalle Investment Management. In 2017, he joined Amstar, a global real estate private equity, to head their European business.

 

Passionate about endurance motor racing, swimming and private investment.

Christopher Zeuner

Member of the Board and Chief Financial Officer

Based in Kraków

 

Graduate of Warsaw School of Economics, PhD in Economics. Attained scholarships to Meeker High School in Colorado (USA) and Freie Universität Berlin.

 

Worked for: Cersanit, Hollywood, IKEA, Pfleiderer, PwC, and KPMG. Tomasz’s responsibilities included budgeting, financial analysis, cash flow, and risk management.

 

He is a member of the ACCA and the Polish Chamber of Statutory Auditors.

 

On 1 August 2021, Tomasz was appointed both as a member of the Board at 7R and the company’s Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for financial management, the creation and implementation of development plans in existing and future markets as well as the supervision of M&A processes.

 

He enjoys endurance sports and kitesurfing and has participated in numerous Ironman competitions, marathon runs, and amateur cycling races.

Łukasz Jachna

Member of the Board and Chief Capital Markets Officer

Based in Warsaw

 

Graduate of Warsaw School of Economics, Finance, and Accounting.

 

Łukasz Jachna, also at 7R since 2018, is responsible for leading the Capital Markets team, building the company's investment offer, and sourcing equity for the development project pipeline. He conducts detailed analyses, creates recommendations, and manages all strategic stages of the transaction process.

 

 

Łukasz Jachna gained his experience in private equity, working for Neo Investments as well as Colliers International, where he increased the value of assets under his management.

 

He enjoys squash, tennis, skiing, capital markets, modern technologies, architecture, and Formula 1.
