The developer adjusted the space to meet the tenant\u2019s strict requirements related to pharmaceutical storage and distribution. The tenant was represented by AXI IMMO.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>7R Park \u0141\u00f3d\u017a West I consists of two buildings of 27,000 and 5,000 sqm. Pharmalink, a provider of logistics solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, will occupy around 6,000 sqm of warehouse and almost 1,000 sqm of office space. 2,000 sqm in the first building will be used to store veterinary pharmaceuticals and the whole of the second building will serve as drugs warehouse. Fortunately, the agreement was signed early enough in the development process to design the facility meeting all details and solutions with the needs and standards necessary for drugs distribution. Cooling storages installed in both buildings guarantee storing pharmaceutical products in temperatures from 2 to 80 C. We very much appreciate the fact that 7R was able to meet all of the needs and strict requirements for storing drugs.
