The developer will build a modern logistics complex, 7R Park \u0141\u00f3d\u017a East I, on a 20 ha plot located on Brzezi\u0144ska Street. This is 7R&#8217;s fifth investment in the city.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>7R Park \u0141\u00f3d\u017a East I will be constructed on an attractively located plot in the eastern part of the city, close to the Brzeziny road junction on the A1 motorway. The logistics park located in the Widzew (Nowosolna) district will offer tenants a total of 100,000 sqm space in three warehouse buildings. The logistics park on Brzezi\u0144ska will be 7R&#039;s fifth project in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, following 7R Park \u0141\u00f3d\u017a West I and three City Flex urban warehouses. The \u0141\u00f3d\u017a market offers developers a relatively rich land base that enables the implementation of large logistics parks such as 7R Park \u0141\u00f3d\u017a East I. \u0141\u00f3d\u017a tempts investors not only with an excellent, central location but also with an improving infrastructure that ensures efficient distribution of goods both in Poland and in foreign markets.<\/p>\n                            <p class=\"h4\">Tomasz Olszewski<\/span>\n                            <p class=\"h5\">Head of Industrial Agency CEE at JLL<\/span>\n            <\/div>\n\n\n    <div class=\"post-text\">\n        <p>The investment\u2019s first advantage is its proximity to the A1 motorway. Moreover, the location on Brzezi\u0144ska Street is of great benefit to companies and employees as it&#8217;s well-served by public transport. The availability of three bus lines enables direct connection between 7R Park \u0141\u00f3d\u017a East I and \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, Brzeziny and Lipiny. 7R are actively looking to expand public transport routes in this area.<\/p>\n<p>7R Park \u0141\u00f3d\u017a East I warehouses will meet the standards of A-class facilities and will be BREEAM certified.
