He has joined the investment team led by Christopher Zeuner and will be responsible for capital raising activities and 7R\u2019s international expansion into new European markets.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Savas Gencer has over ten years\u2019 experience in private equity real estate investment. Prior to joining 7R, he was vice president at Amstar, where he was responsible for the company\u2019s investment and asset management activities in CEE and Turkey. Since 2018, the company has also been developing in Poland its pioneering urban warehouse concept\u2013 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics.
