Due to the expansion of its operations, the tenant will occupy approximately 11,500 sqm of warehouse and production space in the new location.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stokvis Tapes is a manufacturer and converter of advanced solutions based on single and double sided adhesive tapes, EPDM, PE, PUR foams, nonwovens, silicones and many other products. The company works closely with the automotive, medical, electronics, construction, and renewable energy industries. The latest solutions implemented and produced by Stokvis are related to these brands\u2019 electric models. The additional space in the new factory will be dedicated to activities for the electromobility industry, as well as for household appliances and electronics, i.e. wherever investments in modern technological lines are required. The newest investment, 7R City Park Gda\u0144sk South II, is a facility which has excellent connections with the TriCity agglomeration, making it easier for tenants to recruit employees.
