7R, a developer specialising in the construction of high-quality warehouses, has signed a lease agreement with NordGlass. The renowned manufacturer and supplier of glasses for the automotive industry will move into 7R Park \u0141\u00f3d\u017a East I occupying nearly 7,000 sqm of warehouse space and approx. 150 sqm of offices.<\/strong><\/p>\n

7R Park \u0141\u00f3d\u017a East I is a modern warehouse park consisting of three halls with a total area of approx. 100,000 sqm. It is located in the eastern part of \u0141\u00f3d\u017a, in the direct proximity of the A1 motorway, next to the Brzeziny junction.<\/p>\n

For NordGlass, a brand owned by the Japanese AGC Group, one of the world’s leading glass suppliers and a manufacturer of automotive glasses, the warehouse near \u0141\u00f3d\u017a will be the main distribution hub in Poland. NordGlass was represented in the leasing process by advisors from Querco Property.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n\n
