7R is completing the Beskid III warehouse and logistics park in Czechowice-Dziedzice. The 22,000 sqm facility is located close to the border with the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The future tenant will have access to the 3-million-strong individual customer base of the Upper Silesian conurbation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

7R Park Beskid III is located on the S1 route connecting Silesia with the south of the country, just 40 km from the Czech border in Cieszyn and less than 60 km from the Slovak border in Korbiel\u00f3w. The location opens up opportunities for transporting goods to Central Europe, as well as to northern Poland, including nearby Silesian cities.<\/p>\n

The park offers 21,000 sqm of modern warehouse space and 1,000 sqm of office space. One notable feature is the heightened storage capacity, reaching up to 10.6 meters and spanning an area of approximately 8,200 sqm. The facility is equipped with a forklift charging station for 20 forklifts and an optimized dock layout.<\/p>\n

7R Park Beskid III will be ready in June, 2024, completing 7R’s network of warehouses in the Silesian Beskid region.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n\n

This is our next facility in the region, indicating strong demand for warehouses located near to Polish southern border. We acknowledge how important it is for the tenants to offer a welcoming environment for their employees. Easy access plays a significant role in this regard. Situated near the Bielsko-Biala Komorowice junction, 7R Park Beskid III provides convenient access to all parts of the city. Additionally, employees from nearby towns can easily commute here by rail.<\/p>\n
