7R Park Poznan West has been fully leased. The latest tenants are STILL, a supplier of forklifts and warehouse technology, and CYCLE, a company offering services for electric bicycles. Both companies will occupy a total of 6,800 sqm of space.<\/strong><\/p>\n

7R Park Pozna West is located in Tarnowo Podg\u00f3rne, 800 m from national road 92, 8 km from expressway S11, 18 km from Poznan-Lawica Airport. It is well connected to Poznan, from which it is only 22 km.<\/p>\n

The total area of the park is 55,358 sq m. STILL Polska will occupy 4,100 sq m of warehouse and assembly space there. The company was represented in the leasing process by JLL consultants.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n\n

CYCLE – a company providing solutions for the use of bicycles and fleets of electric and cargo bikes for individual, business and commercial purposes – was represented by the Knight Frank team during the leasing process.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n\n

DL Partners law firm mediated the signing of the leases. Other tenants at 7R Park Poznan West include Ofix, Lidl, Poltrakt and 7R Solution.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n\n

The facility has been equipped with charging stations for electric cars, energy-saving systems, including photovoltaic panels and a state-of-the-art DALI lighting control system. The destratification units dissipate heat from under the ceiling to the lower parts of the building. The plantings and flower meadows around the park, as well as beehives and insect houses, support biodiversity, important for the natural environment.<\/p>\n
