They replace Tomasz Lubowiecki, founder and current CEO of 7R. The new CEOs will manage in a partnership model, focusing on different business areas in line with their experience. &#8211; <em>We see strong long term potential on the Polish logistics market. Fully tapping into this potential is presenting ever growing requirements to leadership, mastery of tenant relationships, land owners, municipality relationships, capital partners, lenders and sustainability. 7R as one of the leading developers is in a great position to take benefit of this opportunity, and the cooperation of two strong leaders with complementary skills and different experiences provides the company with the best leadership to succeed. We congratulate Chris and Micha\u0142 in their new roles and look forward to a great future together &#8211; c<\/em>omments <strong>Petri Valkama, Partner &amp; Head of Strategic Transactions at Nrep, the majority shareholder of 7R.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tomasz Lubowiecki, former CEO and co-founder of 7R, will take a position on the Supervisory Board. He also remains a minority shareholder in 7R. &#8211; <em>I am pleased to hand over the reins to the management team &#8211; Chris and Micha\u0142, who will lead 7R into its next phase of progression. They are the perfect leadership duo to strengthen 7R&#8217;s position in Poland and execute ambitious growth plans in the Czech Republic and other foreign markets. The company remains close to me, and its successes have been, are and will always be a source of great satisfaction. \u2013 <\/em>says <strong>Tomasz Lubowiecki.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Micha\u0142 Bia\u0142as <\/strong>has held the role of Chief Business Development Officer at 7R and his responsibilities included developing the company, expanding the real estate portfolio, and overseeing leasing and marketing activities. As co-CEO, he will be responsible for departments: Business Development, Leasing, Land Acquisition, Construction &amp; Sustainability and Marketing &amp; Communications.\u00a0 Prior to 7R, he led industrial real estate investor Accolade\u2019s business in Poland, he was also a Board Member of Accolade\u2019s SICAV fund. Micha\u0142 graduated from IMD, London School of Economics and Political Science, Warsaw School of Economics and SWPS University.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chris Zeuner<\/strong> has so far served 7R as Chief Investment Officer and Member of the Board. His focus of responsibilities included group capital strategy, growth and expansion to other markets. As co-CEO, all other functions will report to him, including<\/p>\n<p>Capital Markets, Finance, People &amp; Culture, Asset &amp; Property Management, Legal &amp; Compliance and International. Prior to 7R, Chris was Head of Europe at Amstar, a real estate private equity group, and worked for several blue-chip private equity real estate investors including LaSalle Investment Management, JER Partners and GE Capital Real Estate. He graduated from Nottingham Trent University.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n    <div class=\"post-text\">\n        <p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About 7R<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>7R is a fast-growing, Poland-based developer of commercial real estate, offering Class A warehouses for lease.
