This is the first 7R Green Saver facility, a sustainable warehouse solution designed to benefit both tenants and investors.<\/strong><\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n    <div class=\"post-text\">\n        <p>7R, the developer of high-quality warehouses, has thereby positioned itself as a leader in sustainable development. \u00a0BREEAM is one of the world&#8217;s leading green building certification systems and the Outstanding rating is the highest level of certification and signifies exemplary performance in sustainability<em>.\u00a0 \u2018Our warehouse is currently the highest scoring certificate of its kind in continental Europe. This underlines 7R\u2019s dedication to building environmentally friendly, future-proof facilities that set new industry benchmarks. 7R\u2019s Green Saver line attracts international tenants and investors focused on new facilities of these type of buildings\u2019 <\/em>\u00a0adds <strong>Micha\u0142 Bia\u0142as, co-CEO of 7R.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The achievement was possible thanks to 7R\u2019s long-term sustainability strategy and is a clear demonstration of the effectiveness of the 7R Green Saver warehouse concept that was developed as a result.<em> \u2018Thanks to the combined technical solutions, the buildings from this line of 7R products achieve a minimum of 50 percent reduction in operational CO2 emissions and 50 percent reduction in primary energy demand, compared to buildings constructed in accordance with Polish building regulations. This generates significant savings on operating costs for the tenant and enhances investment value. The BREEAM Outstanding certification is the culmination of our efforts\u2019\u00a0<\/em>explains <strong>Piotr Miodek, Head of Construction &amp; Sustainability, 7R.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The 7R Green Saver facility stood out in sustainable construction, earning 100% points in the BREEAM categories for energy efficiency and water management. \u2018<em>This was achieved through the use of high-efficiency air-source heat pumps, a photovoltaic installation will be working in conjunction with its own energy storage system, and advanced lighting control, including an astronomical timer. Water-saving solutions include a cooling system for fire pumps with water recirculation, greywater recovery, and simpler measures such as metering irrigation points and installing aerators in faucets\u2019<\/em>\u2013 said <strong>Maciej Runkiewicz, CEO of Kajima Poland<\/strong>, the general contractor of the industrial park.<\/p>\n<p>The BREEAM certification process for 7R Park Wroc\u0142aw West II was conducted by JWA, a highly respected and accredited BREEAM Assessor.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n    <div class=\"post-text\">\n        <p><strong>ABOUT 7R<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>7R is a fast-growing, Poland-based developer of commercial real estate, offering Class A warehouses for lease.
