They will be developed according to the best ESG practices, including preparation for photovoltaic and heat pump installations.<\/p>\n<p>7R is a well-established, developer of commercial real estate in Poland and Czech, specializing in high-quality, flexible warehouse solutions for lease. EQT Exeter is among the largest real estate operating companies in the world and is focused on acquiring, developing, and managing logistics and residential properties across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. The project was sourced, permitted and will be developed by 7R.
