Initially aiming for <\/strong><strong>EUR 25<\/strong><strong> million, the company experienced exceptionally high demand from institutional and <\/strong><strong>selected<\/strong><strong> private investors, allowing it to raise the total amount <\/strong><strong>of EUR 35<\/strong><strong> million.<\/strong><\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n    <div class=\"post-text\">\n        <p><em>&#8211; The strong interest from investors, and the oversubscription of our green bond issuance highlight<\/em><em>s<\/em><em> the confidence in 7R\u2019s solid foundations,<\/em> <em>clear vision,<\/em><em> management<\/em><em> and capability to achieve <\/em><em>our<\/em><em> goals. This milestone demonstrates our dedication to advancing our growth strategy while <\/em><em>utilising<\/em><em> suitable and sustainable funding solutions<\/em>&#8211;\u00a0 said <strong>Chris Zeuner, Co-CEO of 7R.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The proceeds from the green bonds will be used to support the development of over 350,000 sqm GLA throughout 2025. These projects are designed to meet strict environmental criteria, including achieving BREEAM Excellent certifications or above and exceeding the local Nearly Zero Energy Building (NZEB) standards by at least 10 percent.\u00a07R has already demonstrated its ability to deliver such ambitious sustainable projects with the successful development of 7R Green Saver product line.\u00a0The eligible green projects funded by this issuance will contribute to the EU\u2019s climate change mitigation goals and support the achievement of UN Sustainable Development Goals.<\/p>\n<p>The bonds were issued under the 7R Green Finance Framework, which aligns with the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) Green Bond Principles and the Loan Market Association (LMA) Green Loan Principles. This ensures the highest standards of transparency and accountability.
