All three are taking on new regional roles and will be responsible for the development of projects in key locations across Poland.<\/strong><\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n    <div class=\"post-text\">\n        <p data-start=\"351\" data-end=\"880\"><strong>Aurelia Rachtan<\/strong> has assumed the position of Leasing &amp; Development Director for the Ma\u0142opolska and Upper Silesia regions. She has been active in the real estate industry for over 25 years, spending most of her career at Panattoni, where she served as Associate Development Director. Over the course of her career, she has leased approximately 800,000 sqm of warehouse and industrial space across Poland. At 7R, she is responsible, among other things, for the leasing of the company\u2019s flagship project \u2013 7R Hub Nowa Huta in Krak\u00f3w.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"1233\"><strong>Jakub Rze\u017cuchowski<\/strong>\u00a0has taken on the role of Senior Leasing Manager, overseeing the Central Poland, Kielce, and Gliwice regions. He brings over 6 years of experience in leasing logistics and industrial space, gained at developers such as LCube and Waimea Holding. His professional background includes tenant negotiations, leasing strategy, and market development across Poland.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1235\" data-end=\"1592\"><strong>Adam W\u0142ochy\u0144ski<\/strong> has taken on the role of Leasing Manager in Krak\u00f3w. He has been involved in the local commercial real estate market for nearly ten years. His previous experience includes positions at Savills and JLL, as well as responsibility for the commercialization of Unity Centre. At 7R, he supports tenants in the Ma\u0142opolska and Upper Silesia regions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1594\" data-end=\"1997\"><em>\u2013 As 7R continues to grow dynamically across various regions in Poland, we are consistently strengthening our leasing team.
