Expansion of 7R Park Lublin East I Completed
Warsaw, 23 February 2026 – The modern warehouse and office complex in Lublin has been expanded with a new building. The general contractor for the project was Dekpol Budownictwo, with 7R as the investor. The facility, developed in line with the criteria of the international BREEAM certification at the Excellent level, is now fully commercialized.
The modern logistics complex 7R Park Lublin East I is located on Mełgiewska Street. As part of the final phase of the investment, Dekpol Budownictwo delivered a logistics hall with a two-storey office section and accompanying infrastructure. The total area of the facility exceeds 57,000 sqm. Dekpol also constructed a municipal road with the necessary technical infrastructure. The project was completed within 10 months, using prefabricated elements produced, among others, at Dekpol Group’s manufacturing facilities.

The investment is part of a larger logistics park offering five fully leased modern halls with a total area of 110,000 sqm, storage height of up to 10 meters, and advanced technological and environmental solutions.
These include eco-friendly features such as a green roof, insect houses, a DALI dynamic lighting control system, and a 150 kWp photovoltaic installation, which enabled the project to apply for the prestigious BREEAM Excellent certification and to precisely determine its carbon footprint. Dekpol also developed 7,000 sqm of flower meadows and planted local plant species, including 365 trees.
