7R, a Polish-based company specializing in providing customers with innovative and environmentally friendly warehouse and production space, has finalized the sale of a portfolio of several projects to CTP Group. The portfolio includes projects in the development phase, such as those in Warsaw and Katowice, as well as others throughout Poland that are in the pre-development phase.

In 2021, we sold 17 projects to institutional investment funds and international real estate companies for a total of nearly EUR 400 million. When developing our projects, we always prioritize creating and ensuring their long-term value; therefore, in addition to prime locations, we also focus on innovative environmental solutions and compliance with sustainable development criteria. I am pleased that CTP Group has chosen our projects to expand its logistics portfolio in Poland. This has significantly strengthened our capital position and enables us to actively pursue the next stage of 7R’s development strategy.

Tomasz Lubowiecki

founder and CEO of 7R

CTP is continental Europe’s largest owner, developer, and manager of logistics and industrial real estate by gross lettable area, and has been listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange since 2021. The portfolio acquired from 7R consists of projects in the pre-development and development phases. They are located in Central and Northern Poland, as well as in Silesia.

Since it began operations, 7R has completed projects with a total area of nearly 1.5 million square meters. Currently, 7R has more than 4 million square meters in the development pipeline across various locations in Poland. The company’s first project outside of Poland is set to begin in the Czech Republic in the fourth quarter of this year.

The legal advisors for the transaction were White & Case for the buyer and Linklaters for the seller.
