7R acquires prime site in Stara Wieś for major warehouse development
7R, one of the leading developers in the warehousing and logistics sector, completed acquisition of a 140,000 sqm site in Stara Wieś, Mazowieckie Voivodeship for the development of an large-scale warehouse space exceeding 60,000 sqm, ideal for warehousing, logistics, and BTO/BTS projects.
This acquisition is part of 7R’s ongoing strategy to secure land in prime logistics markets. The Mazowieckie Voivodeship is recognized for its strategic location, with significant potential for further development.
