7R delivers a modern manufacturing and warehouse facility for Toppoint near Zielona Góra
Warsaw, 26 May 2026 – 7R, a leading commercial real estate developer, has completed a manufacturing and warehouse facility with integrated office and staff amenity space for Toppoint in Brzezie near Sulechów (Zielona Góra County). The building was constructed by Depenbrock Polska. The total area of the Build-To-Own (BTO) investment amounts to nearly 35,000 sqm.
Toppoint is a renowned supplier of promotional products. Established in 1928, the company combines a rich heritage with innovation, operational agility, and product customization capabilities. Toppoint offers more than 2,000 products under three strong concepts – Toppoint, InSideOut, and Enjoy Technology – while distributing the portfolios of well-known brands including Philips, Fresh ’n Rebel, Xoopar, GP Batteries, and Sagaform. Customers can choose from a broad range of writing instruments, drinkware, bags, electronics, and promotional gifts. The company is also a market leader in digital printing technologies and operates an online ordering platform.
The total area of the facility developed by 7R for Toppoint is nearly 35,000 sqm., including 32,455 sqm. of modern manufacturing and warehouse space, as well as a functional office and staff amenity area exceeding 2,400 sqm. The building was completed by Depenbrock Polska in just nine months, with construction works commencing in July 2025. The property is located on the outskirts of Sulechów, along the road towards Mozów, with convenient access to the S3 expressway – one of the key transport corridors in western Poland.
The new Toppoint investment in Brzezie near Sulechów will ultimately create up to 600 jobs, expanding employment opportunities for the local community across a range of departments, from manufacturing to logistics and administration. The facility will operate in a three-shift system and will utilize advanced, automated production lines. Leveraging the capabilities of the new facility, Toppoint also plans to expand its offering with new branding techniques and services.
