Current Report No. 16/2026 – Appointment of a Member of the Company’s Management Board

Pursuant to § 3(1)(7) of Appendix No. 3 to the ASO Rules, the Management Board of 7R S.A., with its registered office in Kraków (“the Company,” “Issuer”) announces that on September 22, 2026, the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution appointing Ms. Katarzyna Różycka to serve as a Member of the Company’s Management Board in the position of Chief Financial Officer. The resolution of the Supervisory Board takes effect on the date of its adoption.
