Junior Leasing Manager
Leasing- Supporting the leasing team in the process of leasing warehouse and production space
- Participate in preparing and presenting lease offers to potential clients
- organizing and coordinating meetings with prospective and current tenants
- building and developing relationships with customers and business partners
- actively seeking new business opportunities and supporting sales efforts
- Analysis of the needs of clients seeking warehouse and manufacturing space
- monitoring the commercial real estate market and competitors' activities
- preparing reports, summaries, and materials to support the leasing process
- administrative support for the leasing process, including document and contract management

Leasing Manager
Leasing- Leasing of warehouse and manufacturing space
- Organizing meetings between 7r and potential and current tenants

Project Manager
Development1. Property Verification:
• Conducting detailed technical due diligence analyses for selected parcels.
• Gathering information and documentation regarding the property and adjacent areas.
• Analyzing local zoning plans and building regulations.
• Obtaining a range of administrative decisions necessary for securing a building permit and implementation approvals, including conditions for utility connections and access to the property.
2. Investment Project Management:
• Preparing requests for proposals and overseeing the selection of suppliers. Coordinating implementation contracts.
• Coordinating and supervising the implementation of investment projects at all stages.
• Collaborating with internal departments and external partners (including GW).
• Monitoring work progress, controlling the budget, and overseeing the investment schedule.
• Preparing regular reports on project implementation.
• Identifying risks associated with investment implementation and proposing corrective measures.
• Supporting the Leasing Department in preparing valuation adjustments for tenants and investment implementation schedules.
