The person in this position will be responsible for actively acquiring land for logistics and warehouse projects in the German market, including identifying and evaluating greenfield and brownfield sites. The role involves building and developing relationships with landowners, local governments, brokers, and local partners, as well as leading negotiation and transaction processes. The position entails conducting preliminary analyses of the investment potential of land parcels, coordinating commercial, technical, and legal analyses, and leading due diligence processes. The candidate will work closely with the development, technical, legal, and investment teams, prepare recommendations for the management board, and ensure the smooth transfer of acquired land for further project implementation.

• Required experience: We are looking for a candidate with a college degree in real estate, economics, management, or a related field, with at least 5–10 years of experience in the real estate development industry—preferably in the logistics sector—and at least 5 years of experience in land acquisition. Experience in identifying, negotiating, and closing land transactions will be key, as will a very good knowledge of the German market, planning processes, and administrative procedures. We expect a well-developed network of contacts among landowners, brokers, local governments, and local partners, experience in conducting location analyses and due diligence, and a high degree of independence. Knowledge of mapping tools and experience in the Frankfurt, Rhine-Ruhr, Stuttgart, Munich, or Hamburg regions will be an asset. The position requires a willingness to travel frequently throughout Germany and periodically to Warsaw.
