Your responsibilities will include verifying real estate, including conducting detailed technical due diligence analyses for selected parcels, obtaining information and documentation regarding the properties and neighboring areas, analyzing local zoning plans and building regulations, as well as obtaining the administrative decisions necessary to secure building permits and implementation approvals, including utility connection requirements and access to the property. You will also be responsible for managing investment projects, including preparing bids and selecting suppliers, coordinating implementation contracts, and overseeing project execution at all stages. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with internal teams and external partners, including general contractors; monitoring work progress, the budget, and the schedule; preparing reports; identifying risks and proposing corrective actions; and supporting the Leasing Department in preparing cost estimates for tenant improvements and project implementation schedules.

• Required Experience: We are looking for a candidate with at least five years of experience in a similar position, a very good understanding of the investment process and the local real estate market, including the ability to analyze properties for investment potential. Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and a knack for building business relationships will also be important. Fluency in English sufficient for comfortable communication is also required. A technical college degree, particularly in construction or civil engineering, is preferred.
