Katarzyna Różycka

Katarzyna Różycka serves as Chief Financial Officer and a Member of the Management Board at 7R, where she is responsible for developing and implementing the company's financial policy and overseeing the finance, accounting, and controlling departments.

He joins 7R with over 19years of experience in financial management, M&A transactions (on both the buyer and seller sides), corporate governance, corporate group transformation, and the implementation of technology solutions supporting financial functions—gained while working in an international environment, in both global and regional organizations. Prior to joining 7R, she served as Chief Financial Officer at companies belonging to the Polenergia Group and as CFO of the Rohlig Suus Logistics Group—a logistics operator active in the CEE region and Central Asia—where she was responsible, among other things, for the group’s financing strategy, M&A, financial controlling, treasury, and the digitization of finance functions. Previously, she worked at PKP CARGO, where, as Group Controlling Director, she oversaw management and securities exchange reporting, planning and budgeting, and corporate governance of subsidiaries; she also gained professional experience at EY, Andersen Business Consulting, and Deloitte in Poland and abroad.

In her day-to-day work, she combines strategic financial management with a broad business perspective, placing particular emphasis on building competent and motivated teams and developing talent within the organization. She views open communication and trust as the foundation of effective collaboration.

She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (majoring in Finance and Banking) and the Academy of Leadership Psychology, a program offered in collaboration with VALUES Consulting and the Warsaw University of Technology Business School.
