Agnieszka Imielska has been appointed by the 7R management board to the position of Head of HR. Starting October 18, 2021, she will lead the developer’s HR department and will be responsible for all matters related to human capital, including recruitment, development, employer branding, compensation policy, as well as HR and payroll processes. She will take over the position from Elżbieta Brożek, who is leaving the company after seven years. The new HR head’s priority will be managing the work environment for employees and supporting 7R’s strategic goals during this period of dynamic growth for the company.
7R is a developer that has been active in the Polish warehouse market since 2008. In recent years, it has seen an average annual increase of 35% in leased warehouse space. In 2021, the company plans to deliver facilities with a total area of approximately 600,000 square meters. This business growth requires strengthening the team. In 2020, the number of 7R employees increased by more than half compared to the previous year. In 2021, the pace of employment growth remained at the same record level. Intensive recruitment is ongoing, and according to estimates, by the end of the year the team of professionals developing the developer’s warehouse business will number 170 people.
Elżbieta Brożek was responsible for the Company’s HR strategy, but she has decided to pursue new professional challenges outside our company. We greatly appreciate and are grateful for the energy and effort Elżbieta put not only into creating the work environment at 7R, developing HR processes and recruitment strategies, but also for her overall help in building the organization. Thanks to her work, our ranks are now joined by the best professionals in the commercial real estate market in the country. Agnieszka Imielska will continue to develop the department by leveraging her ideas and experience. Agnieszka is an outstanding specialist with over twenty years of experience in HR, which is why I am confident that she will effectively support 7R in implementing long-term HR plans that contribute to the company’s growth and maximize results.

Agnieszka Imielska is an expert with many years of experience in developing and implementing HR strategies for companies across various sectors. She began her career in banking and finance, supporting the rapid growth of new brands in the Polish market, including Raiffeisen Bank and Xelion Dom Inwestycyjny. She has also been associated with companies such as Play, where she actively participated in the implementation of Play’s strategy to achieve a leading position in the telecommunications market, and innogy, where, as HR Director, she developed practices for building effective teams and optimizing HR structures and processes. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw.
Joining the 7R team is a great honor for me. I believe that my experience, along with my open-minded approach to finding solutions and working closely with the business, will allow me to quickly translate the company’s strategy into a detailed HR action plan, further strengthening the current 7R team and attracting new talent. My goal is to build an effective work environment where people fulfill their professional ambitions, respect one another, and work toward a common goal by implementing the company’s strategy, and then celebrate successes together.
