Joanna Lewandowska will head the Construction and Design department at 7R

In early December, Joanna Lewandowska joined 7R as Head of Construction and Design. In her new role, Joanna will lead a team of professionals involved in the design and architecture of warehouse and industrial buildings, and will also oversee the work of project managers responsible for the execution of 7R’s projects both in Poland and internationally.

Joanna has over 20 years of professional experience in the development and executive sectors, gained in managerial roles at foreign corporations. She has been responsible for managing projects and establishing technical frameworks. She has overseen the work of teams carrying out complex investment processes—from design and architecture, through the development of project standards, to the implementation of investments. Additionally, Joanna has experience in introducing business projects to the Polish market, including the establishment of Polish business units through the implementation of business development strategies within multinational corporations.

Joanna is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, where she studied at the Faculty of Civil Engineering. She also holds a degree in Engineering Economic Analysis from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain and completed postgraduate studies in Enterprise Value Management at the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as a Master Class in Management at SWPS.
