In connection with the expansion of 7R’s business, the company’s management has appointed Bartłomiej Krawiecki as Vice President of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his new role, effective September 2021, Bartłomiej Krawiecki is responsible for implementing 7R’s growth strategy in Poland and on international markets. At the same time, Łukasz Jachna has been appointed Chief Capital Markets Officer and will join the company’s management board in October of this year.
Bartłomiej Krawiecki has been a member of 7R’s management board since 2018, where, as Head of Development, he has overseen key stages of the development process. He is the originator of the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics concept—Poland’s first network of urban warehouses, which covers key locations near city centers throughout the country.
Łukasz Jachna, who has also been with 7R since 2018, is responsible for leading the Capital Markets team, developing the company’s investment portfolio, and raising equity for real estate development projects. He conducts detailed analyses, formulates recommendations, and manages all strategic stages of the transaction process. Over the past 2.5 years, together with his team, he has raised and deployed nearly PLN 1.5 billion in equity for the implementation of projects at 7R.
Bartek has made an invaluable contribution to 7R’s growth. Over the past few years, he has proven his ability to effectively manage the company’s operations during a period of rapid growth in the warehouse market, as well as in the face of intense competition. His extensive knowledge and experience allow us to confidently appoint him as Vice President and COO of 7R. Meanwhile, Łukasz Jachna successfully leads the capital markets department at our company and, between 20182021, he contributed to the sale of 26 projects worth over PLN 2 billion and expanded the group of top investment funds partnering with 7R, which significantly strengthened our capital and potential for further growth. I am delighted that we can grow the company with such outstanding professionals on board.
Tomasz Lubowiecki
Founder and CEO of 7R
Together with Bartek and Łukasz, we are working to ensure the highest quality of our products and to strengthen 7R’s position among Poland’s leading warehouse developers and in the international capital markets. In recent years, we have seen steady growth and numerous successes. The decision to appoint Bartek as COO and Vice President, as well as Łukasz’s appointment to the company’s management board as Chief Capital Markets Officer, are driven by their tremendous dedication to their work, the dynamic growth of 7R, and the expansion of our operations.
Ryszard Gretkowski
Vice President of 7R
In his new role, Bartłomiej Krawiecki oversees the company’s operations, from acquiring land for new developments, through working with tenants and designing and constructing facilities, to managing them. Łukasz Jachna is tasked with further developing the sales division at 7R and collaborating with current and new partners who invest in the warehouse and industrial real estate segment.
It is a great joy and source of satisfaction to work every day with a team of experienced experts and to build the strength of the 7R brand together with them. We focus on continuously expanding our land bank, working closely with tenants, and developing innovative solutions that are also attractive to investors. Our warehouses are modern buildings that, thanks to the use of technology and eco-friendly solutions, are environmentally friendly while meeting ESG criteria. And it is precisely the quality of the space, proptech, and the minimization of our carbon footprint that set our products apart in the market.
Bartłomiej Krawiecki
Vice President and COO at 7R
Before joining 7R, Bartłomiej Krawiecki spent over 10 years at Panattoni Development Europe, where he led major logistics and industrial projects. Łukasz Jachna, meanwhile, gained experience in private equity while working for Neo Investments and Colliers International, where he drove growth in the value of assets under management.
