In 2020, the warehouse sector was the fastest-growing segment of the commercial real estate market. To meet market challenges and customer expectations, 7R’s development and leasing departments are recruiting new talent. Kamila Pruk has joined the team as Development Director, Magdalena Kostjan as Leasing Director, and Danuta Dzierżak as Leasing Manager. They will focus their efforts on central, western, and northern Poland, respectively.
Kamila Pruk has over thirteen years of experience in the real estate industry. For the past nine years, she has been with Prologis, where, as Senior Manager of Capital Deployment & Leasing, she managed a portfolio of nearly 500,000 square meters of warehouse and industrial space in the Warsaw region, central Poland, and Gdańsk. She was responsible for business relations and negotiated transactions related to BTS projects and lease agreements within the managed portfolio. In January of this year, she assumed the role of Development Director for Warsaw and Central Poland at 7R. Kamila has taken on responsibilities related to investor relations, leading and managing development projects, and collaborating with the leasing department.

These are individuals with extensive experience in the real estate industry and excellent knowledge of the regions where they operate. We are strengthening 7R with independent professionals who are competent and ready to expand our portfolio of logistics parks and 7R City Flex last-mile warehouses, complemented by BTS projects.

Strong support for the leasing team: Two experienced professionals are joining the leasing department at 7R. Magdalena Kostjan has worked for Prologis for over the past seven years, where she held the position of Senior Manager and was responsible for Capital Deployment & Leasing. She managed a portfolio of nearly 600,000 sq m of warehouse and industrial space in the Wrocław area. She also built new business relationships and negotiated transactions related to BTS projects and lease agreements. At 7R since January 2021, as Leasing Director, she is responsible for the developer’s business development in the western part of the country, from the A2 highway through Poznań, the areas around Bolesławiec, Legnica, and Wrocław.
Danuta Dzierżak, meanwhile, has over 12 years of experience in the industrial real estate sector. For the past eight years, she has worked for AXI IMMO, where she was responsible for advising the company’s key clients on the leasing of warehouse and industrial space. At 7R, she has been employed as a Leasing Manager since December 2020 and is responsible for the commercialization of logistics parks and 7R City Flex urban warehouses in Pomerania and Kuyavia-Pomerania.
In the second half of 2020, 7R signed leases for over 320,000 square meters and ranked second in the country in terms of gross leased area, with 100% of the leases being new. Demand for high-quality warehouse facilities equipped with modern technologies and eco-friendly solutions—so important to our clients—remains strong. We have experience in delivering specialized space for e-commerce needs and high-bay warehouses. The high demand for warehouse projects means our team is growing stronger to meet the challenges of the sector’s continued growth in the coming years and to implement 7R’s development plans.
