The warehouse sector was the fastest-growing segment of the commercial real estate market in 2020. To meet market challenges and customer expectations, 7R’s development and leasing departments are hiring new professionals. Kamila Pruk has joined the team as Development Director, Magdalena Kostjan as Leasing Director, and Danuta Dzierżak as Leasing Manager. They will focus their efforts on central, western, and northern Poland.
Kamila Pruk has over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry. For the past nine years, she has worked at Prologis, where, as a Senior Manager of Capital Deployment & Leasing, she was responsible for a portfolio of nearly 500,000 square meters of warehouse and production space in the Warsaw region, central Poland, and Gdańsk. Her responsibilities included managing business relationships and negotiating transactions related to BTS projects and lease agreements within the managed portfolio. As of January, she has assumed the role of Development Director for Warsaw and Central Poland at 7R. Kamila is now responsible for investor relations, leading and managing development projects, and collaborating with the leasing department.

Therefore, in light of the growing number of our projects, our commitment to maintaining high standards of execution, and 7R’s expansion into new markets, we have recruited three highly experienced specialists. They all have extensive experience in the real estate industry and excellent knowledge of the regions in which they operate. We are strengthening 7R with independent professionals who are competent and ready to develop our portfolio of logistics parks, last-mile 7R City Flex warehouses, and BTS projects.

Comprehensive leasing support
Two experienced specialists are also joining the leasing department at 7R. Magdalena Kostjan previously worked for over seven years at Prologis, where she served as Senior Manager in the Capital Deployment & Leasing division. She managed a portfolio of nearly 600,000 square meters of warehouse and production space in Wrocław.
She also established new business relationships and negotiated transactions for BTS projects and leases. Since January 2021, as Leasing Director at 7R, she has been responsible for developing 7R’s business in the western part of the country, from the A2 motorway through Poznań to the Bolesławiec area, Legnica, and Wrocław.
Danuta Dzierżak has over 12 years of experience in the industrial real estate sector. For the past eight years, she has worked for AXI IMMO, where she advised on the leasing of warehouse and industrial space for the company’s key clients. As a Leasing Manager at 7R since December 2020, she has been responsible for the leasing of space in logistics parks and city warehouses operated by 7R City Flex in the Pomerania and Kujawsko-Pomorskie regions.
At 7R, we signed contracts for over 320,000 square meters in the second half of 2020 and ranked second in Poland in terms of gross leased space, with 100% of the leases being new. The demand for high-end warehouse facilities, equipped with modern technologies and environmentally friendly solutions that are so important to our customers, shows no signs of slowing down. We have unmatched experience in providing specialized space for e-commerce and high-bay warehouses.
