Savas Gencer has been appointed Director of Investments at 7R. He has joined the investment team led by Christopher Zeuner and will be responsible for capital raising and 7R’s international expansion into new European markets.
Savas Gencer has over a decade of experience in private equity real estate investments. Before joining 7R, he served as Vice President at Amstar, where he was responsible for the company’s investment activities and asset management in Central and Eastern Europe and Turkey. Gencer has executed transactions and managed assets in international markets with a total value of over €1 billion. He has worked on the sale of residential and commercial properties, including in Poland: Złota 44—a luxury residential tower in Warsaw—and the Novum residential project in Kraków.
We are delighted that Savas is joining 7R to support the company’s expansion into new international markets and its capital-raising efforts. His extensive experience in investment and capital markets in Europe, along with his numerous achievements in this field, will enable 7R to achieve our ambitious goals for international growth.

To date, 7R has completed over 740,000 sq m of Class A warehouse space in Poland and has over 1.6 million sq m in the pipeline as part of new projects. Since 2018, it has been developing a concept that is a first in Poland: the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics urban warehouse. In early 2020, 7R became the first warehouse and logistics developer in the country to adopt an eco-friendly approach to project development, based on the principles of sustainable construction, with the goal of delivering environmentally friendly buildings.
7R has an impressive track record of growth in Poland, and I am looking forward to this collaboration and the opportunity to further expand the company’s reach by focusing on international markets. I am very excited to be joining such a dynamic and successful organization.
