Following a successful year as a non-executive director at 7R, Chris Zeuner will join the company’s executive board as Chief Investment Officer. Effective January 1, 2021, he will be responsible for 7R’s continued expansion, which includes plans for the Polish warehouse and industrial developer to enter new European markets.
Chris Zeuner will assume the new roles of Chief Investment Officer and member of the board at 7R at the start of the year, thereby stepping down from his position as head of Amstar’s European division, where he was responsible for managing the company’s international real estate platform. His extensive pan-European experience will enable the implementation of 7R’s ambitious growth strategy.
I am pleased that over the past year, the collaboration between 7R, myself, and Chris Zeuner has grown stronger, and that he has accepted my offer to serve as Chief Investment Officer and a member of our company’s board of directors. Chris has a proven track record in private equity and a proven ability to grow the real estate business across Europe, which will allow him to take a leading role in 7R’s expansion, including into new European markets.

To date, 7R has delivered over 690,000 square meters of Class A logistics space to the Polish market, and the developer has plans for an additional 1.25 million square meters. Since 2018, 7R has been developing a pioneering concept in Poland: the urban warehouse—7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics.

Chris Zeuner has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate investment and management. Before joining Amstar in 2017, he served as Head of Central Europe for LaSalle Investment Management, Managing Director at JER Partners, and Head of Acquisitions and Business Development at GE Real Estate for the Central and Eastern Europe region.
