After a successful year serving as a non-executive director at 7R—one of Poland’s most active and rapidly growing logistics and warehouse developers—Chris Zeuner has been appointed Chief Investment Officer and board member of the company. In his new role, effective January 1, he will be responsible for 7R’s further expansion, which includes plans to enter new European markets.
Before joining 7R, Chris served as Head of Europe at Amstar, where he was responsible for managing the company’s international private equity real estate platform. His extensive pan-European experience will enable 7R to implement the company’s ambitious growth strategy.
I am delighted that over the past year, the collaboration between 7R, myself, and Chris Zeuner has grown even stronger, with Chris having accepted my invitation to become Chief Investment Officer and a member of the management board. He has an excellent track record in private equity and a proven ability to grow real estate businesses across Europe. This experience will enable Chris to play a leading role in 7R’s expansion, including into new European markets.

To date, 7R has completed the development of over 690,000 square meters of Class A logistics space in Poland and has over 1.25 million square meters in its pipeline. Since 2018, the company has also been developing its pioneering urban warehouse concept in Poland—7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics.

Chris has over 20 years of experience investing in and managing commercial real estate investments and platforms, including the closing of transactions worth EUR 2.4 billion. Before joining Amstar in 2017, he was head of LaSalle Investment Management’s Central European business, Managing Director at JER Partners, and head of CEE acquisitions and business development at GE Real Estate.
