We received the 2020 Prime Property Prize in the “Green Building of the Year” category for the construction of the BWI Group Research and Development Center in Balice.
The facility has been recognized as a unique project in Europe and the first warehouse of its kind in Poland to utilize an advanced trigeneration system.
