Medezin’s production facility has opened at the 7R development in Konstantynów Łódzki. This is the second brand owned by the Pelion Group, Poland’s largest healthcare company, to operate at 7R Park Łódź West I. The space for Medezin was developed on a BTS basis and has been tailored to the specific needs of the pharmaceutical industry.
The developer has provided pharmaceutical manufacturer Medezin with over 3,700 square meters of warehouse and industrial space, divided into a drug manufacturing facility and a wholesale warehouse. Additionally, the company occupies 450 sq m of office space located adjacent to the production and storage areas. The Medezin production facility, launched near Łódź, will supply medicinal products to other companies within the Pelion Group. Its best-known brands include Polska Grupa Farmaceutyczna, the DOZ pharmacy chain, and Natura drugstores.
Łódź is a strategically important location for us. In a building designed in collaboration with 7R, we will launch a production facility where we will manufacture secondary packaging for pharmaceutical products. These types of operations require strictly controlled conditions in the rooms where the products are manufactured and stored. Thanks to close cooperation with the developer, we have been able to create a space that meets our needs and will allow us to grow in the heart of the country.

The facility allows for temperature control within a range of 15 to 25°C. In addition, a cold storage room equipped with a refrigeration unit has been installed for storing medicinal products at temperatures ranging from 2 to 8°C. Air is also exchanged in the production area on a regular basis, every hour. The building features “autodock” loading platforms designed to mitigate temperature fluctuations inside the warehouse during loading operations.
Medezin is the latest pharmaceutical company—following Pharmalink, Cefea, and Marrodent—to entrust us with adapting its facilities to meet the rigorous standards for the production and storage of medications. In the production area of the facility, we implemented features such as daylighting at a level of 12.5% and a highly durable epoxy resin floor. In the storage area, we designated a special zone for products requiring special precautions. We are pleased that 7R Park Łódź West I is an attractive location for both manufacturing and the distribution of pharmaceuticals.

7R Park Łódź West I is a modern logistics park with a total area of 32,000 sq m, consisting of two Class A facilities, located on Inwestycyjna Street in Konstantynów Łódzki. The proximity of the A1 and A2 highways creates excellent conditions for international, domestic, and local transport. Its location right next to the newly built S14 western bypass guarantees access to adequate infrastructure and good connectivity with the city, making it an attractive location for employees as well. Both buildings comprising 7R Park Łódź West I have received BREEAM certification thanks to the eco-friendly solutions implemented, which contribute, among other things, to increased energy efficiency.
