Tomasz Żak has joined the 7R team and will head the asset and property management division. The company currently manages a real estate portfolio of over 500,000 square meters across Poland, and 7R’s growth strategy focuses on strengthening this business line.
Tomasz Żak has been appointed Head of Asset & Property Management at 7R. Together with a team of specialists, he currently manages over 500,000 square meters of industrial and warehouse space under 76 lease agreements across 27 properties nationwide. These include logistics parks and 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics urban warehouses.

Tomasz Żak has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate management. Before joining 7R, he served as Asset Management Director CEE and Head of Operations CEE at MULTI Poland, where he focused on managing the real estate and assets of 17 retail and office buildings across Central and Eastern Europe. He has worked with Blackstone, Union Investment, and GEMO on a portfolio totaling 580,000 square meters and valued at €1.45 billion. Previously, he worked for Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ Poland, and Panattoni, collaborating with CBRE Global Investors, Tristan Capital Partners, and Unibail Rodamco.
