Tomasz Żak has joined the 7R team as head of the company’s Asset and Property Management department. 7R currently manages a 500,000-square-meter real estate portfolio across Poland and is focused on strengthening this business line as part of the company’s business development strategy.
Tomasz and a team of 7R specialists currently manage over 500,000 square meters of industrial and warehouse space under 76 lease agreements across 27 properties nationwide. These include logistics parks and city warehouses that are part of 7R’s City Flex Last Mile Logistics concept.
I am pleased to welcome Tomasz to our team, and I am glad that we can entrust the development of our asset and property management practice to such an experienced professional. Tomasz has worked with the largest investment funds operating in the CEE market, and his extensive knowledge will enable us to develop even higher standards and a property management service that will meet the needs of both tenants and owners of industrial and warehouse buildings.

Tomasz Żak has 15 years of experience in commercial property management. Before joining 7R, as Asset Management Director CEE and Head of Operations CEE at MULTI Poland, he focused on the property and asset management of 17 retail and office buildings in Central and Eastern Europe. He worked with Blackstone, Union Investment, and GEMO on a portfolio of 580,000 square meters valued at EUR 1.45 billion. He previously worked for Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ Polska, and Panattoni, collaborating with CBRE Global Investors, Tristan Capital Partners, and Unibail Rodamco.
