The total space to be occupied by the tenant is over 36,000 square meters. Castorama was supported in the leasing process by the consulting firm JLL.

Castorama, Poland’s largest home improvement retailer, which sells construction and finishing products online and through 90 brick-and-mortar stores across the country, has chosen the modern logistics facility 7R Park Łódź…
The building in the 7R Park Łódź East I complex, designated for Castorama’s operations, consists of over 35,300 sq ft of warehouse space and approximately 770 sq ft of office space. The tenant will begin operations at the facility as early as February 2022.

7R Park Łódź East I is a modern logistics park comprising three facilities with a total area of approximately 100,000 sq m, located in the eastern part of the city, in the immediate vicinity of the Brzeziny interchange. All warehouses comprising 7R Park Łódź East I meet Class A building standards and, thanks to the eco-friendly solutions implemented—which, among other things, improve energy efficiency—are BREEAM-certified.
