Euro-net Sp. z o.o., the owner of the RTV Euro AGD retail chain, has leased over 1,600 sq m of office and warehouse space in Rzeszów. The company has moved into 7R City Flex Rzeszów Airport I. The tenant was represented in the transaction by the international consulting firm Cushman & Wakefield. This is the fourth warehouse, following 7R City Flex Łódź I, 7R City Flex Szczecin, and 7R Park Kielce, leased by Euro-net from the developer 7R.
Euro-net is a Polish company that has been operating in the market for 30 years. It currently operates nearly 290 brick-and-mortar stores under the RTV Euro AGD brand in 187 locations across Poland, as well as the online store euro.com.pl. Euro-net was looking for warehouse space located in the Rzeszów metropolitan area to ensure efficient distribution services for customers in southeastern Poland. At the same time, the company needed a facility designed to handle intensive cargo handling operations.
