Pharmalink is set to open a transshipment hub at 7R Park Łódź West I. The developer customized the space to meet the tenant’s strict requirements for pharmaceutical storage and distribution. The tenant was represented by AXI IMMO.
7R Park Łódź West I consists of two buildings measuring 27,000 and 5,000 square meters. Pharmalink, a provider of logistics solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, will occupy approximately 6,000 sqm of warehouse space and nearly 1,000 sqm of office space. 2,000 sqm in the first building will be used to store veterinary pharmaceuticals, and the entire second building will serve as a pharmaceutical warehouse. The space is scheduled to be ready for use in the second quarter of this year.
Once again, we have faced the challenge of designing a facility tailored to the customer’s specific operational needs. Fortunately, the agreement was signed early enough in the development process to allow us to design the facility so that every detail and solution meets the requirements and standards necessary for pharmaceutical distribution. I am confident that we have successfully met all the requirements and ensured that our customer can operate efficiently.

The space leased by Pharmalink allows for temperature control within a range of 15 to 250°C. Refrigerated storage facilities installed in both buildings ensure that pharmaceutical products can be stored at temperatures ranging from 2 to 80°C. The cross-dock building is additionally equipped with loading docks that maintain the interior temperature for as long as possible during loading.
The 7R Park Łódź West I warehouse is strategically important to us because it will serve as a transshipment hub for pharmaceutical products for our customers throughout the country. We greatly appreciate the fact that 7R was able to meet all of our needs and strict requirements for the storage of pharmaceuticals. Additionally, its ideal location, close to the distribution center of which we are a part, was crucial for us.

7R Park Łódź West I is 7R’s fourth development in Łódź. Its location in close proximity to the A1 and A2 motorways ensures easy access to local, national, and international transportation networks.
Among the client’s many requirements for the new warehouse, factors such as technical specifications, the investment schedule, and proximity to the company’s headquarters were equally important. 7R was the only developer on the market capable of delivering a technically advanced project within the required timeframe. Additionally, 7R Park Łódź West I is located just a few hundred meters from Pharmalink’s headquarters.
