Dominika Curyło has joined the leasing department of 7R, a developer of warehouse and logistics space, taking on the newly created position of BTS Leasing Manager.
A building that is well-suited to a company’s needs is becoming an increasingly important factor in building a competitive advantage. That is why the demand for custom-built warehouses—known as “Built to Suit” (BTS)—is growing on the market with each passing quarter. To meet the expectations and needs of its clients, 7R has established a dedicated team to handle custom-built projects. In addition to Dominika Curyło, the team includes Karol Górnicki, who has been with 7R for over two years and has previously managed the commercialization of both multi-tenant and BTS projects.
The past two years have been very busy for 7R. During this time, we have signed lease agreements for over 600,000 square meters. At the same time, we continue to grow; we launch new projects every quarter, and the scale of our operations has increased several-fold over the years. To ensure the highest level of service for all our clients and offer increasingly better solutions, we decided to establish a team within the leasing department specializing in the execution of BTS (Build-to-Suit) projects. I am convinced that the combination of Dominika’s and Karol’s expertise will work perfectly here.

Dominika Curyło has been involved in the real estate industry for over five years. Before joining 7R, she worked for the international manufacturing company Valeo as Regional Segment Leader for building leasing, logistics, and transportation. Her responsibilities included leasing industrial space, both standard and BTS, in southern Poland. She is a graduate of the Department of Mining Surveying and Environmental Engineering at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków.
Having worked in the industrial and warehouse real estate market for many years, I’ve had the opportunity to observe 7R’s growth from the outside. I’m delighted to be joining such an exceptional team and to be able to contribute my knowledge and experience in delivering BTS projects.
