Dominika Curyło has joined the leasing team at 7R—one of Poland’s most active and fastest-growing logistics and warehouse developers. She has been appointed to the newly created position of BTS Leasing Manager.
A facility tailored to specific customer needs has become a crucial factor in building a competitive advantage in the warehouse development market. This is why the number of Build-to-Suit facilities in Poland is increasing from one quarter to the next. To better meet customer needs, 7R has established a dedicated BTS team led by Dominika Curyło and Karol Górnicki. Karol has been with 7R for over two years and, during that time, has been responsible for leasing both BTS and multi-tenant facilities.
The past two years have been very intense for 7R. We have leased over 600,000 square meters of industrial space. Nevertheless, we continue to grow and launch new projects every quarter. Our development activity has increased severalfold over the past couple of years. To maintain the highest standard of service for our current and future clients, we have decided to create a dedicated BTS team within our leasing department. I am confident that the combined expertise of Dominika and Karol will be a perfect fit that will lead to success.

Dominika Curyło has over five years of experience in real estate. Before joining 7R, Dominika worked for Valeo, an international manufacturer, as Regional Segment Leader for building leasing, logistics, and transportation, where she was responsible for leasing standard industrial space as well as BTS in southern Poland. She graduated from the Faculty of Mining Surveying and Environmental Engineering at AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków.
With my experience in the manufacturing and warehousing sector, I have been observing 7R’s growth from the outside. I am very happy to be joining such an exceptional team and to share my knowledge with them, especially regarding turnkey projects.
