Stokvis Tapes Polska, a company offering innovative solutions in the field of adhesives, insulation, joining, and protective materials, will move into the 7R City Park Gdańsk South II complex, currently under construction, in August 2022. Due to the expansion of its operations, the tenant will occupy approximately 11,500 square meters of warehouse and production space at the new location.

Stokvis Tapes is a manufacturer and converter of advanced solutions based on single- and double-sided adhesive tapes, EPDM, PE, and PUR foams, nonwovens, silicones, and many other products. The company works closely with the automotive, medical, electronics, construction, and renewable energy industries. Due to its rapid growth, the company was looking for a partner that could provide modern production facilities along with comfortable office space.

Stokvis Tapes’ dynamic growth is driven by projects carried out for customers in the automotive sector, primarily for Volkswagen, Audi, and Porsche. The latest solutions developed and manufactured by Stokvis are related to these brands’ electric models. The additional space in the new factory will be dedicated to activities for the electromobility industry, as well as for household appliances and electronics—in other words, wherever investments in modern production lines are required. From the very beginning, we wanted a partner who could ensure the rapid implementation of this investment at a designated location, tailored precisely to our needs in terms of office space as well as production and warehouse space.

Jacek Duhanik

Business Unit Manager for Poland and Russia at Stokvis Tapes

7R City Park Gdańsk South II is a warehouse and industrial complex located in Lublewo, Pomerania. It will consist of two buildings: the first will cover an area of 16,861 square meters and the second will be 11,012 square meters. Stokvis will move into the former, with the production hall located on the first floor and the company’s office on the upper floor.

Our tailored approach to tenants’ needs is well-received in the market—the project for Stokvis Tapes is yet another example of how we have adapted the facility to the client’s very specific production requirements. Our partnership with Stokvis represents the next step in expanding our portfolio of production facilities within 7R logistics parks.

Marzena Taube

Senior Leasing Director at 7R

7R City Park Gdańsk South II stands out for its excellent location. The property is situated next to the Kowale interchange, providing direct access to the Tri-City ring road and the A1 highway. This is of key importance for tenants conducting logistics operations. The complex is also within easy reach of downtown Gdańsk, Gdynia, and Sopot.

The Tri-City area is particularly important to 7R. We launched our first development project in the area in 2008, and we are regularly expanding our warehouse network here by building both logistics parks and city warehouses—City Flex Last Mile Logistics. Our newest investment, 7R City Park Gdańsk South II, is a facility with excellent connections to the TriCity metropolitan area, making it easier for tenants to recruit employees. We are pleased that Stokvis Tapes has decided to locate its operations in our facility.

Ryszard Gretkowski

Vice President of the Management Board of 7R

The network of 7R City Park facilities includes warehouses located within metropolitan areas, which can be adapted to the specific needs of logistics and light manufacturing. The facilities also offer office space for interested tenants. They are characterized by high-quality construction and the use of the latest technological and environmentally friendly solutions.

Stokvis Tapes was assisted in the leasing process by the Querco Property agency.

Stokvis’ top priority in its search for space was to ensure that the warehouse was well connected to the surrounding urban area. The client wanted the new warehouse to be easily accessible, not only for logistical reasons, but above all for the convenience of employees. Another important factor in the search was the manufacturing nature of the client’s business. We focused on space that would allow the company to grow in the coming years without having to relocate its extensive machinery. Space in a single hall within the 7R City Park Gdańsk South II complex is an exceptionally optimal solution.
