In December 2021, CBRE Investment Management finalized the acquisition of Building D at the 7R Park Beskid I logistics center. The facility offers 13,800 sq m and is fully leased—it is occupied by two tenants. Thus, the developer 7R has sold a total of four buildings comprising 7R Park Beskid I, with a combined area of 58,300 sq m, to CBRE Investment Management.
7R previously sold Buildings A and B, offering a total of 29,000 sq m, and Building C, comprising 15,500 sq m, to CBRE Investment Management in 2019 and 2020, respectively. The 7R Park Beskid I logistics center is located in Czechowice-Dziedzice in Silesia. The investment’s key advantages include its proximity to the borders with the Czech Republic and Slovakia, as well as direct access to National Road No. 1.
The 7R Park Beskid I logistics center is an excellent addition to our portfolio thanks to its diversified revenue stream, strong tenant mix, and high construction standards, including ESG credentials. All four buildings at the 7R Park Beskid I logistics center have been fully leased since their acquisition. The facility has a diverse tenant mix consisting of 10 international and domestic companies, including logistics operator Raben, courier company DPD, global furniture fabric manufacturer Davis Fabrics, and dental and prosthetic equipment supplier Marrodent.
