7R, a Polish developer specializing in providing innovative and eco-friendly warehouse and production spaces, is once again expanding its portfolio in Silesia with the construction of 7R Park Mysłowice. Upon completion, the logistics park will feature two buildings with a total leasable area of over 59,000 square meters. The first phase of the project is scheduled for completion in July 2022.

Upper Silesia is one of the most important industrial regions in southern Poland and also the fastest-growing regional warehouse market in the country. The region’s close proximity to the Czech and Slovak borders is a significant advantage. The location is also close to the S1 expressway and the A4 highway, making it ideal for local, national, and international transport.

Our logistics park in Myslowice is another 7R investment in Upper Silesia. More and more companies are seeking modern, high-quality warehouse space where they can improve their operational efficiency. When designing the warehouses, we meet tenants’ expectations by offering flexibility in tailoring each space to their needs. Importantly, we prioritize ESG standards and the energy efficiency of our facilities, which results in lower operating costs and tangible savings for tenants.

Maciej Krawiecki

Head of Leasing at 7R

7R Park Mysłowice will consist of two buildings. The first will offer 50,570 square meters of leasable space, while the second will have 8,573 square meters. The facility is characterized by its high standard and flexibility—it can be used for both storage and light manufacturing. The smallest available modules in the Mysłowice park start at 3,850 sq m. The developer also offers the option to create office space tailored to the client’s needs.

Thanks to environmentally friendly solutions, such as solar panels, LED lighting with the DALI system, increased natural light from skylights, and an eco-friendly heating system, 7R Park Mysłowice will achieve a BREEAM rating of "Very Good."

7R Park Myslowice is a clear winner thanks to its location. The warehouse is located near the A4 freeway, which is part of the European route E40. The proximity of key transportation hubs—Katowice Airport in Pyrzowice and the city of Katowice—offers great opportunities in terms of national and international transport. What’s more, the park is located close to the public transportation network, meaning that 7R Park Myslowice will be easily accessible to future employees.

Mateusz Gierka

Leasing Director at 7R

Mysłowice is the next location in the Silesian Voivodeship chosen by the developer 7R. There are two logistics centers in Czechowice-Dziedzice: 7R Park Beskid I and 7R Park Beskid II, where companies such as Martes Sport, Prosperplast, Cooper Standard, and Valeo Siemens eAutomotive operate. In Sosnowiec, 7R has opened the 7R City Flex Sosnowiec urban warehouse. Its tenants include companies such as Flukar Refinery and Döllken. In Sosnowiec, 7R has also developed a logistics park, delivering a BTS (Build-to-Suit) facility for logistics operator No Limit and dedicated space for InPost.
