The Management Board of 7R SA, with its registered office in Kraków, hereby announces that pursuant to Article 50(1)(3) and Article 51 of the Act of January 15, 2015, on Bonds (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1208) on its own initiative, it is convening a meeting of bondholders of the series designated as Mount 1, issued on March 10, 2020, for which the rights and obligations of the Issuer and the bondholders are set forth in the document “Terms and Conditions of the Issue of Mount 1 Series Bonds Issued by 7R SA, with its registered office in Kraków.”
The meeting will take place on August 20, 2020, at 12:00 p.m. in Kraków at the headquarters of 7R SA, located at 8 Bonarka Street, 30-415 Kraków.
