Stokvis Tapes Polska, a company offering innovative solutions in the field of adhesive, insulating, bonding, and protective materials, will move into the under-construction 7R City Park Gdańsk South II complex in August 2022. As part of its business expansion, the tenant will occupy approximately 11,500 sq m of warehouse and production space at the new location.

Stokvis Tapes operates as a manufacturer and converter of advanced solutions based on single- and double-sided adhesive tapes, EPDM, PE, and PUR foams, non-woven fabrics, silicones, and many other materials. It works closely with the automotive, medical, electronics, construction, and renewable energy industries. Due to its rapid growth, the company was looking for a partner capable of providing modern production facilities along with comfortable office space.

Stokvis Tapes’ dynamic growth is driven by projects carried out for clients in the automotive sector, primarily Volkswagen, Audi, and Porsche. The latest solutions implemented and manufactured by Stokvis are related to the electric models of these brands. Additional space in the new factory will be dedicated specifically to operations for the electromobility industry, as well as home appliances and electronics—that is, wherever investments in modern production lines are necessary. From the very beginning, we were looking for a partner who could ensure the rapid completion of the project at the designated location, tailored precisely to our needs in terms of combining office, production, and warehouse space.

Jacek Duhanik

Business Unit Manager for Poland and Russia at Stokvis Tapes

7R City Park Gdańsk South II is a warehouse and industrial complex located in Lublewo, Pomerania. It will consist of two buildings: the first will cover an area of 16,861 sq m, while the second will cover 11,012 sq m. Stokvis will move into the first of the warehouses. The ground floor will house a production hall, while the company’s office will be located on the upper floor.

Our personalized approach to tenants’ expectations is recognized in the market—the project for Stokvist Tapes is yet another example of how we tailor a facility to a client’s very specific production needs. Our partnership with Stokvist marks the next step in expanding our portfolio of production facilities within logistics parks and City Park-style complexes.

Leasing Director at 7R

The modern 7R City Park Gdańsk South II facility stands out for its excellent location. The property is adjacent to the Kowale interchange, providing direct access to the Tri-City ring road and the A1 highway—a key advantage for tenants conducting logistics operations. Its location also offers quick access to the centers of Gdańsk, Gdynia, and Sopot.

The Tri-City area is particularly important to 7R. This is where we launched our first development project in 2008, and we continue to expand our local warehouse portfolio by building logistics parks, city parks, and our urban warehouses—City Flex Last Mile Logistics. Our latest investment, 7R City Park Gdańsk South II, is a facility with excellent connectivity to the Tri-City metropolitan area, which makes it easier for tenants to recruit employees. We are delighted that Stokvis Tapes has decided to locate its operations in our facility.

Ryszard Gretkowski

Vice President of the Board of Directors at 7R

The 7R City Park network consists of warehouses located within metropolitan areas, designed to meet the specific needs of logistics operations and light manufacturing. The format also offers office space for interested tenants. The facilities are characterized by high-quality construction and the use of state-of-the-art technological and eco-friendly solutions.

Stokvis Tapes was assisted by Querco Property in the process of leasing the space.

The top priority in Stokvis’s search for space was to maintain a warehouse location with good access to the metropolitan area. The client wanted the new warehouse to be easily accessible, not only for logistical reasons but, above all, for the comfort of its employees. Another important aspect of the search was the production-oriented nature of the client’s business. We focused on a space that would allow the company to grow in the coming years without having to relocate its extensive machinery. The space in a dedicated warehouse at 7R City Park is an exceptionally optimal solution.
