Maersk, one of the world’s leading transport and logistics companies, has joined the tenant roster at 7R Park Łódź East I. The company will occupy 18,500 sq m of modern logistics and warehouse space with office facilities, which has been precisely tailored to its needs, including the creation of a special layout of gates and loading docks.
Maersk is the latest international brand to join the ranks of tenants at the 7R complex in Łódź. It will begin operations at 7R Park Łódź East I as early as June. Castorama has also been operating out of 7R Park Łódź East I since February of this year.

Modernity with an eco-friendly twist
The 7R logistics park was developed in line with the principles of sustainable development and incorporates modern solutions designed to enhance the complex’s efficiency. Maersk places great emphasis on sustainability, which is why the building it occupies will feature a 50 kWp photovoltaic system as well as LED lighting controlled by DALI controllers. An intelligent BMS system will also be installed inside the facility, enabling the monitoring and management of all equipment and significantly supporting tenants in their daily use of the leased space.
Securing another strong, global brand is a source of great satisfaction for us, but also a huge challenge. Maersk has vast experience in logistics, which translates into very high expectations regarding the quality and functionality of the facility. That is why we designed a special layout of gates and docks for the company, allowing us to maximize their number. This, in turn, will enable even better and more efficient use of warehouse space—benefiting both the business and the environment.

All buildings within 7R Park Łódź East I meet Class A building standards and, thanks to the solutions implemented—which, among other things, enhance the project’s energy efficiency—have been awarded BREEAM certification.
It all starts with a good location
The entire 7R Park Łódź East I complex is a modern logistics park consisting of three facilities with a total area of approximately 100,000 sq m, located in the eastern part of the city and in the immediate vicinity of the Brzeziny interchange. The facility’s location right next to the A1 highway exit creates optimal conditions for international, domestic, and local transport. There are also public transportation stops near 7R Park Łódź East I, which significantly improves commuting convenience for employees.
