Changes to the 7R Management Board

Łukasz Jachna, a current member of 7R’s management board and Chief Capital Markets Officer, has decided to leave the company. He will remain in his role as head of the Capital Markets team until the end of September.

The 7R board currently consists of four members:

• Tomasz Lubowiecki, founder and CEO of the company
• Ryszard Gretkowski, Vice President of the Board
• Christopher Zeuner, Chief Investment Officer
• Tomasz Mika, Chief Financial Officer

Łukasz Jachna has been with 7R since 2018. He led the Capital Markets team and developed the company’s investment offerings. He has been a member of 7R’s management board since October 2021.

7R is a rapidly growing developer operating in the commercial real estate market, specializing in the provision of modern warehouse and manufacturing space for lease. It develops both multi-tenant warehouse and industrial centers, as well as BTS facilities. 7R’s portfolio includes large-scale logistics parks and urban Small Business Unit warehouses that form the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics network. To date, the company has completed projects with a total area of over 1.5 million sq m. Currently, approximately 570,000 sq m of warehouse and industrial space is under construction in various locations throughout Poland. The portfolio of properties managed by 7R totals nearly 1.5 million sq m.
