Lidl Polska, one of the largest retail chains in the country, will become a tenant at 7R Park Poznań West this August. The company will occupy nearly 10,900 square meters of modern warehouse and office space.

For many years now, Lidl Polska has been prioritizing eco-friendly solutions designed with energy efficiency and carbon reduction in mind. The company’s strategy is to implement sustainable practices at every stage of its operations, from facility construction and transportation to the delivery of products to end customers. This includes leasing warehouse and production space at the 7R Park Poznań West facility.

7R Park Poznań West is a modern warehouse and production facility with a total area of over 55,000 square meters. The logistics park offers a high-bay warehouse equipped with technological solutions designed to support clients from a variety of industries.

We are very pleased to welcome yet another strong, international brand among our tenants. For many years, Lidl Polska has been one of the main drivers behind the development of the retail sector in our country, which naturally translates into significant demands and expectations of the warehouse space provider. We meet these demands by providing a space that combines functionality, comfort, and eco-friendly solutions. 7R Park Poznań West is another one of our projects developed in line with the principles of sustainable development.

Energy-efficient facility in a prime location

The 7R facility in Poznań features several eco-friendly solutions, including air destratifiers and electric vehicle charging stations. It has also been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the "Very Good" level—one of the most important certifications that sets global standards for the design of sustainable and eco-friendly buildings.

We are confident that all these factors will enable Lidl Polska to make efficient use of the warehouse space, both from an environmental and business perspective. We have created optimal conditions that allow even the largest companies to make effective use of the space provided from day one.

Regional Leasing Director at 7R

Another key feature of the facility is its strategic location. The warehouse is located in Tarnowo Podgórne near National Road No. 92, which runs through four provinces: Lubuskie, Wielkopolskie, Łódzkie, and Mazowieckie. The excellent location of 7R Park Poznań West also provides convenient access to Poznań Airport while ensuring efficient connectivity within the Poznań metropolitan area.
