Securing financing for the development of 7R Park Lublin demonstrates the potential of both 7R, as a developer providing modern warehouse space, and the region itself in terms of new business development.

Currently, two of the five planned buildings at 7R Park Lublin have been completed, and one of the first tenants is the Lublin-based company Spiżarnia. Ultimately, the complex will provide approximately 110,000 sq. m. of modern logistics and warehouse space, located in the industrial part of the city. The project’s location near the Lublin ring road ensures not only convenient access to expressways but also excellent road connections for sectors such as FMCG and TSL. This is where the most important transportation routes intersect and where the railway infrastructure is being expanded, which serves as the foundation for transport and enables the planning of freight and logistics operations throughout the country, as well as toward Eastern Europe. The project has also received a BREEAM certification at the Very Good level, aligning with the concept of sustainable industrial construction while also supporting 7R’s mission and strategy.
The expansion of the 7R Park Lublin facility is yet another example of a project undertaken by 7R that combines elements of sustainable construction while aligning with the company’s strategy of systematically developing a portfolio of projects located in promising and well-connected areas. The project is being developed just 4 km from the center of Lublin, as well as in close proximity to the junction of the S17 expressway and the S12 highway. The development of this location is of particular importance to the company, as indicated in the report “Logistics and Industrial Sector. Paths of Development from the 2022 Perspective”—prepared jointly by 7R and Colliers—it is precisely the eastern part of the country, including the Lublin Province, that stands a chance to become a natural migration destination for companies withdrawing their logistics resources from, among others, Russia and Belarus.
