Securing financing for the development of the 7R Park project demonstrates both 7R’s potential as a developer of modern warehouse space and the region’s potential for new business growth.

Currently, two out of five planned buildings have been completed at 7R Park Lublin, and one of the first tenants is the Lublin-based company Spiżarnia. Ultimately, the complex will provide approximately 110,000 square meters of modern logistics and warehouse space located in the industrial part of the city. The investment’s location near the Lublin ring road offers convenient access to expressways and excellent connectivity for sectors such as FMCG and TSL. Here, major transportation routes intersect and railway infrastructure is being developed, forming the foundation for transport operations and enabling the planning of freight forwarding and transport throughout the country, as well as to Eastern Europe. The project is also BREEAM certified at the Very Good level, thus aligning with the concept of sustainable industrial construction and 7R’s mission and strategy.
The expansion of the 7R Park Lublin facility is another example of 7R’s investments, which incorporate elements of sustainable construction while aligning with the company’s strategy of systematically developing a portfolio of projects in promising and well-connected locations. The project is being developed just 4 km from the center of Lublin, near the S17 expressway interchange and the S12 highway. The development of this location is of particular importance to the company; according to the report “The Logistics and Industrial Sector: Development Paths from the Perspective of 2022”—prepared jointly by 7R and Colliers—it is the eastern part of the country, including the Lublin Province, that stands a chance of becoming a natural migration destination for companies that are withdrawing their logistics resources from countries such as Russia and Belarus.
