7R Park Wrocław West II has received a final building permit. This is 7R’s latest project in the Lower Silesia Province. The facility will be built in Kąty Wrocławskie. Once completed, it will offer nearly 44,000 square meters of modern logistics and manufacturing space.
Like the developer’s other projects, 7R Park Wrocław West II will feature innovative sustainable building solutions. It will undergo certification under the BREEAM system. The facility is scheduled to be completed at the turn of 2023 and 2024. 7R already holds a valid building permit and is preparing to begin construction.
The building will feature a range of solutions and amenities, including a system of hydraulic loading docks, dehumidifiers, and a heating system that guarantees a minimum indoor temperature of 15 °C. These eco-friendly solutions are designed to ensure energy efficiency and, consequently, reduce operating costs. Biodiversity in the immediate vicinity of the warehouse will also be enhanced: flower meadows, beehives, and insect houses will be created, and native tree and shrub species will be planted.

For this reason, a special relaxation area will be created at 7R Park Wrocław West II, featuring furniture selected through a competition held as part of “Warehouse of Art,” a 7R initiative that supports the community of young artists and promotes the well-being of warehouse employees.
7R Park Wrocław West II stands out for its prime location: thanks to its direct connection to the A4 highway (Kąty Wrocławskie Interchange) and its proximity to the European route linking Szczecin and Prague, it will provide future tenants with ideal conditions for supply chain operations.
Thanks to its excellent location and eco-friendly solutions, as attested by BREEAM certification, our new park will serve as a manufacturing and logistics hub for many companies that value the benefits of a modern, energy-efficient, “green” warehouse. For the region, our investment means new jobs and revenue for the local budget from the business operations conducted here.
