The logistics operator JAS-FBG has chosen 7R City Flex Katowice I. It will occupy over 6,000 square meters of space there. The facility is scheduled to open in May 2023.
7R City Flex Katowice I is an urban warehouse. The total area of the development will be 22,300 sq m. The warehouse space will cover 20,600 sq m, while the office space will cover 1,690 sq m. JAS-FBG, one of the leading logistics operators on the Polish market, has become the facility’s first tenant. The company will occupy 6,370 sq. m. of modern warehouse space.
For JAS-FBG S.A., the new warehouse means providing better service standards for current and new customers, as well as the opportunity for further growth of the branch thanks to a doubling of floor space, a better location in the heart of the Upper Silesian Conurbation, and modern technological solutions. The warehouse will be equipped with a range of eco-friendly solutions, such as energy-efficient LED lights, dehumidifiers, solar panels, and aerators to reduce water consumption. A BMS system will support efficient building management. The 7R City Flex Katowice I project will undergo BREEAM certification at the “Very Good” level. 7R will also ensure the well-being of the facility’s employees by attractively designing the outdoor space. The development will feature small-scale architectural elements and a relaxation area for employees.
Construction of the 7R City Flex Katowice I warehouse is entering an advanced stage. Atlas Ward Polska is the general contractor for the project.
